Who can stay at our house?

Any family with a child under the age of 18 or an individual being followed by a pediatric service and being treated in Galveston may be referred for admissions through their hospital/clinic case worker.

 

How much does it cost?

Families are asked to pay $10.00 per night; however, families are

never turned away due to a lack of financial resources.

 

About our House:

We are located within five blocks of the medical centers, and our non-profit house literally runs on volunteers.  While staying at our House, we consider you and your family valued volunteers also.  We depend on you to help us keep the House orderly and clean.  All of us have small daily responsibilities from cleaning up after ourselves to help keep the community areas nice and bright.

 

            Check-ins:                   9:00 am to 8:00 pm

            Check-outs:                 9:00 am to 12:00 noon

            House hours:                8:00 am to 10:00 pm

 

To help ensure your safety, our House is locked at 10:00 pm every night.

If you find yourself in Galveston for medical treatment for your child, we would

love to have you come stay with us.  Our home can be your home!
